As a skilled transactional attorney with over fifteen years of experience, Aaron assists individuals and businesses of all sizes with a variety of real estate, corporate, and contractual matters. Mr. Acker’s real estate practice includes acquisitions, dispositions, easements, developments, representation of common interest communities, and land use matters. His corporate practice involves corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, contract review and drafting. In addition, Aaron provides outside general corporate counsel to companies, handling employment, regulatory and contractual matters. Using creative solutions and strategies, Aaron strives to provide practical, sensible and economical solutions for his clients’ legal needs.
