Small Contractors Business Checklist: Presentation Resources

On Thursday, August 17, 2022, Galvanize Law Group hosted a Lunch and Learn at Tradecraft Industries focused on the 10 Things Contractor Businesses Need to Know to Protect Themselves from Liability in an Increasingly Complex Marketplace.

Small construction businesses are often founded on the skill of  talented individuals who are passionate about their trade but may not have experience in all of the aspects of running a construction business. Issues like bidding, contracting, hiring independent contractors and employees, insurance requirements, laws governing construction professionals, and more were covered in this introductory, checklist style session, presented by associate attorney Max Pasowicz.
