Galvanize Law Names Two New Partners to the Firm

Galvanize Law Group is pleased to announce that attorney Joseph Kiley is now a partner with the firm. Mr. Kiley has been an attorney with Galvanize Law Group since its founding in 2020. He is an experienced litigation attorney who counsels and defends construction professionals against allegations of deficient or defective work. Mr. Kiley provides Galvanize Law clients with exceptional service on their legal issues, including reviewing and revising contracts, drafting complaints for non-payment and mechanics lien foreclosure. We look forward to Mr. Kiley continuing his commitment to the Colorado construction industry as a partner in the firm.

Galvanize Law also welcomes attorney Steven Swanson as a partner to the firm. Mr. Swanson joined Galvanize Law in February this year and brings with him over 20 years of experience. Steven, a former licensed architect, concentrates his practice in the areas of construction law, professional liability defense, and mechanics lien litigation. He regularly practices before Colorado state and federal courts, state regulatory/licensing agencies, and in arbitration and mediation proceedings. Mr. Swanson represents architects, engineers, surveyors, construction managers, owner representatives, general and sub-contractors, and insurance companies in a wide variety of construction-related claims. He has successfully resolved numerous professional liability claims through dispositive motions including early dismissals of design defect, construction accident, property damage subrogation, and implied warranty claims against architect and engineer clients.

“Joe and Steve are both excellent attorneys and are also great people to work with. January Allen and I are so pleased to call them both our partners, and we look forward to continuing to grow Galvanize Law Group.” - Kate Strauss, Founding Partner, Galvanize Law Group
