Attorneys Kate Strauss and January Allen are founding partners of Galvanize Law Group. Both women bring decades of experience working for and with construction and design professionals in both litigation and transactional settings. In 2020, they saw a need for a client-centered firm focused on the Colorado construction industry’s unique legal issues. As a result, Galvanize Law Group is a progressive, modern law firm that utilizes state of the art case management and technology in order to be flexible, fast, and responsive to the needs of its clients and employees.

Colorado Construction Legal Experts

Our attorneys have extensive knowledge of the Colorado construction industry and have collectively served this community for over 40 years. As counsel to construction and design businesses of all sizes, our lawyers understand the construction process from preliminary design through project close-out. We assist clients in contract negotiation, revision, insurance and risk management, claims for non-payment, including mechanic’s liens, defense against back-charges and liquidated damages, allegations of deficiencies in construction, and other general business challenges including employment law and real estate transactions.

Galvanize Law's primary practice is in Colorado, however the firm grows with its clients and serves them in the states where they do business. The firm is licensed in five additional states, and represents clients in Colorado, Wyoming, and Texas.
