Galvanize Law is seeking a 5–10-year Associate, Of Counsel, or Partner to join our amazing team of client-centered professionals servicing the construction industry.
We are seeking a highly organized and detailed business transactions attorney or general practitioner (litigation and transaction) who values team culture, professional development, work/life balance, and outstanding resources. The ideal business transactions candidate will have five or more years working in complex business transactions in one or more of the following fields: real estate, corporate, finance and/or tax. Alternately, a general practitioner candidate will have experience in contract review and negotiation, general business formation and governing documents, construction or real property litigation, mechanic’s lien foreclosure, or other commercial litigation matters.

The firm operates out of a robust firm practice management platform, allowing instantaneous access to file documentation and un-tethering team members from physical files. As a result, Galvanize Law’s work opportunities are generally flexible and can be performed in a remote or semi-remote environment.
