Lindsay Rose is a trusted business attorney specializing in employment and contract law primarily in the construction industry. Lindsay combines her litigation, trial, corporate, in-house, and public sector experience to provide practical, solutions-oriented advice and counseling to employers and businesses. Lindsay serves her clients as a strategic business partner and advocate with a goal of minimizing legal risk and maximizing business value.  

Lindsay’s employment practice focuses on advising employers on day-to-day compliance with labor and employment laws, including employee discipline, accommodations, wage and hour issues, workplace policies, and worker classification, including independent contractor status. She regularly drafts and negotiates employment, severance, and restrictive covenant agreements tailored to each client’s needs. Lindsay also assists with internal investigations and audits. She has experience handling matters in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Colorado Civil Rights Division, and Colorado Department of Labor and Employment.  

In her contract practice, Lindsay drafts and negotiates contracts that are fair, strategically favorable, and legally sound to protect her clients’ interests and support their business goals. She helps resolve payment disputes through contract enforcement, asserting lien rights, and bond recovery strategies. She has experience handling excessive liens, trust fund violations, bond around proceedings, and defect and delay claims. 

As a Colorado Springs native, Lindsay stays busy chasing her son around outdoors. She also enjoys learning, cooking, traveling, and watching live sports.
