Lindsay Rose is a trusted, solutions-oriented attorney specializing in employment law.  Lindsay combines her litigation, trial, corporate, and in-house experience to provide sound and strategic legal advice and counseling to employers in all aspects of employment law and serve as a collaborative business partner and advocate.

Lindsay’s areas of expertise include compliance, handbooks and policies, trade secrets/non-competes, employee relations, investigations, hiring, discipline, performance management, accommodations, leaves of absence, wage and hour, fair employment practices, employment and severance agreements, and employee/independent contractor status. Lindsay provides and assists with training programs for harassment, discrimination, retaliation, drug testing, ethics, and all other aspects of employment law. She has experience handling matters in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Colorado Civil Rights Division, and Colorado Department of Labor and Employment.

Lindsay also assists with corporate and transactional matters including contract review and drafting, mechanic’s liens, collections, and general regulatory, contract, and real estate matters.
