Maximillian J.H. Pasowicz obtained his J.D. from the Vermont Law School in May of 2021. Mr. Pasowicz focused his studies on developing a broad range of practical skills. He has worked as a law clerk in general private practice, with a contract public defender, with the Washington County State’s Attorney in Barre, VT, and finished his final year and a half before becoming licensed working in Colorado construction law. As a result, Mr. Pasowicz has earned wide ranging experience in transactional and litigation practice under attorney supervision. His practice now focuses on assisting construction clients in all facets of their business operations, as well as litigating on their behalf in both non-payment cases and construction defect cases. Mr. Pasowicz’s construction industry experience includes owning a residential remodeling company based in Evergreen, Colorado for three years, and two years working in the construction industry as a residential laborer across various trades.
